Pernille F. Hoffman brings a wealth of experience and a global perspective to her family law practice at Lieber Hammer Huber, Paul, & Hoffman P.C. She specializes in matrimonial and domestic relations matters, including divorce, custody, support, alimony, pre & post nuptial agreements, equitable distribution, wills and estates, delivering compassionate and tailored solutions to her clients.

Ms. Hoffman earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Sociology of Religion from the University of Copenhagen in Denmark before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University. She is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar. Before joining Lieber Hammer Huber, Paul & Hoffman, she ran her own practice, Frankmar Law, LLC (formerly practicing under her maiden name, Frankmar), in Oakmont, PA, focusing exclusively on family law. Previously, she practiced with Voelker & Kairys, LLC in Pittsburgh and honed her skills as a certified legal intern with the Allegheny County Family Court Pro Se Motions Program, where she continues to represent pro se litigants. She also interned for the Honorable Judge Kim Eaton in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, Family Division.

A dual Danish and American citizen, Ms. Hoffman has lived in Denmark, England, and Israel, enriching her ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. She is an active member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA), and ACBA Family Law Section. Her dedication to excellence has earned her recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2019 to 2023.

Outside the courtroom, Ms. Hoffman enjoys traveling with her husband and two children, experiences that deepen her cultural understanding and inform her client-centered approach.
